Navigating these transitions can be daunting, especially in the first 90 days, which are critical to success. Many experience pressure to act and add-value quickly, establish credibility and gain buy-in from stakeholders, and adapt their style and strategy to suit the environment. Having worked with leaders in transition across diverse industries and continents, I understand the immense pressure and complex challenges they face.

I firmly believe that the life of a leader doesn't have to be stressful, overwhelming, or out of balance. That's why I've designed a simple yet effective approach that reduces stress and transition risk, improves time efficiency, expands leadership presence and delivers change adoption and engagement. 

The Coaching Journey

My coaching philosophy centres around the Transition Accelerator framework, which guides leaders through just-in-time learning, reflecting, and planning. Grounded in academic research and real-world examples, my framework provides a genuine, practical, and flexible journey tailored to the each leader's unique needs. We follow this process, but allow what emerges in the moment and to trust in and follow that. No one process is the same.
