Succession Planning
In most organizations, succession planning is considered to be an exercise in identifying the next high level leaders within an organization. It is often not strategic, scientific or well planned and executed. The focus seems to be entirely on senior level executives and little regard is paid to identifying up- and- coming, high potential candidates scattered throughout the organization.
Why do I need succession planning? I’m very alert, I’m very vibrant. I have no intention to retire.

Developing Talent Bench Strength
Organizations that understand the need to identify and cultivate a deep talent pool tend to ensure their organization’s success by establishing performance continuity and minimal disruption during times of leadership transition. They understand that planning for succession is a cyclical, strategic initiative within the boundaries of a core set of leadership and succession management competencies — building a foundation for the implementation of strategies and the achievement of longer term goals and initiatives by identifying and developing their bench strength.
Transforming Organizational Leaders
TRANSFORM COACHING provides a road map for aligning succession planning processes with corporate objectives, allowing the organization to identify and develop candidates in alignment with the organization in its current state, and with the future state of the entity. Our succession process focuses on competency based selection, identifying candidates who possess the capacity and talent for becoming the leaders of tomorrow.
TRANSFORM COACHING also provides a structured development methodology of individual coaching and competency based training for developing succession talent that is consistent and in alignment with corporate objectives.
