Angela founded in 2010. She is a professionally trained coach and consultant, with an emphasis in leadership skills development, communications skills development, organizational efficiency and team dynamics. Her focus is on coaching and consulting with senior leaders in building sustainable leadership and organizational practices, leadership succession and organizational transitioning.
She specializes in working with senior level executives and recognized high potential leaders who wish to acquire new expertise, those in transition between roles, and those wishing to make substantive changes in their leadership style and behavior. She has over 23 years experience working within corporations as a senior marketing professional, nationally and internationally, as well as consulting with organizations on strategic business planning, market development and operational efficiency. She has worked in the telecommunication, software, construction, financial services and consumer products industries.
